Conditions for Successful Sync

To ensure your projects sync properly, all devices must meet these basic requirements:

1. iCloud Account

All devices must be signed in to the same iCloud account with a valid Apple ID.

2. iCloud Storage

You must have sufficient free iCloud storage space for your QuickPlanX data. Your projects and updates count toward your overall iCloud storage usage, so ensure adequate space is available.

3. Network Connection

All devices must have a stable internet connection. Wi-Fi is recommended for optimal sync performance.

4. App Version

All devices must run the latest version of QuickPlanX. Outdated versions may have incompatible sync protocols that prevent proper synchronization.


If all devices meet these basic conditions, the next step is to identify where the synchronization problem occurs.
