Reset Column Values

QuickPlanX allows you to reset the values of specific columns for all tasks in your project. This feature is particularly useful when using a project as a template or when you need to clear certain data across all tasks.

Supported Columns​

The following columns can be reset:

  • % Comp. - Resets the completion percentage to 0%
  • % Phys. - Resets the physical completion percentage to 0%
  • Misc Costs - Resets the miscellaneous costs to 0

How to Reset Column Values​

  1. Switch to Table View
  2. Access the column's context menu:
    • Mac: Right-click (or Ctrl+click) on the column header
    • iOS devices: Long-press on the column header
  3. Select the reset option from the context menu Reset Menu

When to Use This Feature​

This feature is particularly helpful when:

  • Using a project as a template by duplicating it to create a new project
  • Starting a new project phase and needing to clear progress data
  • Resetting tracking values after a project review or milestone
