Update Task Data on Table View
The QuickPlanX Table View functions like a spreadsheet, enabling you to navigate and edit task data directly within the table. This approach is ideal for making quick edits to multiple tasks efficiently.
On Mac
Edit Cells Directly
- Click on a row to select both the row and the corresponding cell
- Click again on the selected cell to edit its content
- Use keyboard shortcuts for the most efficient editing experience in Table View
Copy & Paste
- Click on a row to select both the row and the corresponding cell
- Press ⌘C to copy or ⌘V to paste content
Keyboard Shortcuts
The following keyboard shortcuts provide efficient navigation and editing in Table View:
- Press the "

) to change the selected row. - Press the "

Integration with Speadsheet Apps
For faster bulk updates, take advantage of QuickPlanX's compatibility with Microsoft Excel and Apple Numbers. You can copy multiple cells from these applications and paste them directly into the QuickPlanX Table View to update multiple tasks simultaneously.
